We accept returns and refunds for any unused and undamaged products within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide your order number and reason for the return/refund.
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for a pickup, depending on your location and the product’s size and weight. Please make sure that the product is securely packed and in its original packaging to avoid any damages during transit.
Once we receive the product and verify that it’s in its original condition, we’ll initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
